I've been getting massive headaches for the last 3 or 4 days. I always wake up with them in the morning and have to take a ton of excedrin migraine to get rid of them. If I don't do something about them immediatley they eventually turn into a migraine, which means I'm in bed all day or in the bathroom puking my guts out.
I can't for the life of me figure what is causing them. The only thing I can think of is the weather, it's rained for the last few days then today it decided to snow (1-3 inches by the end of the day). The only other thing I can think of is my new antidepressent, Celexa. But I was on that when I was in college and I did have migraines a lot then but I don't know if that could be related or not?
I just know I'm sick of feeling like crap with a severe headache on TOP of all the other crap I feel everyday. It didn't help that I had to go grocery shopping and run errands for like 5 hours yesterday, then come home and do more work..I was so miserable last night.
Anyone have any ideas?

Anything else new? New medications, new foods?

When is the last time you got a new pillow? My hubster was getting daily headaches, until i have the brilliant idea to buy him a new pillow, and the headaches stopped.
It may not be what you need, but it might help. It's suprising sometimes how the littlest things can cause the most pain.

Anything else new? New medications, new foods? the only other new med, was my pain meds..but I've been on those for about 2 weeks and had no problems til the last few days (today it's back again, but not quite as bad). No new foods that I can think of. I was on my period til yesterday, so I suppose it could be related to that too. I only have one every 3 months now (due to BC pills), so it seems when I DO get them, they're a bit more rough then when I was getting them monthly. But I stopped bleeding yesterday, still have a headache today. As far as a new pillow...my pillows are so old they're almost flat..lol. But I don't like big fluffy soft pillows for some reason. I always take my moms old ones when she gets new ones..cause I HATE new pillows. I never sleep well with them. Also, seafood is a big trigger for my migraines but I havent had any in months ( I still sneak in small amounts of shrimp or fish on rare occasions cause I love it). See it snowed yesterday..today it's in the high 30's and sunny. This weather needs to make up it's mind already!

Could be a combination of the weather and hormones. Ultram is one of those medications that makes it easier to vomit, especially when you're still getting used to it. I've known a lot of people who don't like it because of that.

yeah the ultram does make me a little sick to my stomach (not REALLY bad though) and it makes me dizzy..I've taken vicodin and codiene before and it did the same. But I don't drive, and don't have a job right now..so it doesn't really bother me too much. I just sit down for a little bit after it kicks in, til that passes. But it works really well for the pain, so I'm willing to take a few side effects to be in a lot less pain.
