I have learned to accept the fact that I will always be in pain due to Fibro... but doing something that should be a normal daily activity and setting off hot spots is something I will never get use to.
laundry 1. Laura 0. I totally just wrenched my shoulder trying to pull a pair of tights out from around the center thingy (yes, that is the technical term for it) of the washer. it also aggravated my breastbone, which has been killing me off and on since a bad cold a few months ago

What meds are you taking? Try to stay off the narcotics, as they can cause itching. Maybe try to get muscle relaxers and/or lyrica? If they prescribe it and you can't afford it, Astra zeneca may help. Hugs. Hold the baby, she'll make you fell better. (after she's asleep)

Agitator... the center thingy. I only know because ours cracked when we moved once.
But I digress...
Muscle relaxers were the first thing they put me on for my fibrofuckingmyalgia and they worked fantastically.
I've heard about this Astra Zeneca but I think they're full of shit. Where are the ads saying, "Thanks, Astra Zeneca!" We never hear about it because if you bitch about your drugs, they take you to "the island" for "re-education"...
You know what, I seemed to have slipped into the plot of a really bad movie, so I'll stop typing now.

The black helicopters will be by soon. Just give them cookies and you'll have them in the palm of your hand.

I've got great muscle relaxers and they help most of the time. I also have a very limited Vicodin scrip. it's really the only thing that is guaranteed to help but I only get 15 a month. I looked into Lyrica. my Dr. told me that its 2 pills a day and $7 a pill and the "astra zeneca may be able to help." is that they will give you a coupon for your first bottle. after that its full price. I figured it wasn't really worth getting until I get insurance again. I dont' wanna find out it helps then find out I cant afford it LOL

Even with insurance, sometimes your insurance company doesn't want to pay for it, and will give you a big hassle about it.
