Now, I have a family history that makes this not terribly surprising, but my last blood draw found elevated levels of cholesterol. The doctor believes we can use diet to control it, and I already have some ideas, but I would like others!
Do you have a low cholesterol recipe you can share? A trick or tip your doctor or dietitian shared with you? I'm on a really, really short budget (I try to make $40 last two weeks at the store), so I could use some thoughts!

My best advice is cut out all fast foods and "convenience" foods. That will reduce both your fat and cholesterol intake. Eat whole grain cereals and breads. Oh, and I'm like recipe queen/home cook so just let me know what kinds of recipes you would like and I can blow up your inbox with them
