Today I had what I refer to as a "flare up". This is where my pain level increases in multiple "tender spots" simultaneously. I woke in the morning stiff and in pain. I felt like I'd been hit by at least a car, (I've actually been hit as a pedestrian by a car, so I do actually know how this feels). As I said before, stiff. My neck, lower back, shoulders, arms, around my knees, my feet, my sciatic nerve on my right side. I took a muscle relaxer before bed, and it felt like I'd not taken a thing. I suffered through the whole day of work (freight day, so unloading and sorting freight from pallets into smaller boxes and shopping carts according to dept. ) and went to both the chiropractor and massage. Finally, he was able to pop my hip and lower back into place, after 3 appointments and 3 massages. That helped very little, as it was sore as hell from the adjustment. I iced it, but really for nothing. Took both and an herbal supplement to try and relax. Now it is 3:10 am and I've not slept yet. I should force myself to bed. as now I will want to be sleeping all day tomorrow, which can't happen. Wish me luck, I just might need it!

It sounds like you have the worst job possible, considering.

I honestly do. I really should not be doing the job that I am because I waste all my energy on making it through the day there then have to go home and be mom and do all my household duties etc. I love my job, but I hate my job.
Today was another freight day. I am a big dummy and chose to start working out again today as well. Not sure wtf I was thinking. I hate myself terribly right now. I can't take anything due to how tired I am already, until I get back from dropping the other half off at work. So in about an hour. wash, rinse, repeat!

Isn't your JOB a workout? I used to do a stocking job, for about a month, and once I got home I had to stare into space for a full 20 minutes before I could even muster up enough energy to make my lunch for the next day and take a shower.
That was pretty much ALL I had energy for on work days when I had that job.

I have an odd position. Every Monday is our regular freight day. Since I'm an experienced and knowledgeable employee, I "get" to work the truck. All of my other shifts, I do the other part of my job. Bookkeeping, receiving direct freight (ups, fed ex etc) and checking it in, price changes and everything else that goes along with being the "office wench". My hours are a half day. I work 5-8 hours on freight day then 4.5 hr shifts the rest of the week. I have a rotating schedule, as there's two of us that do the job. Except she can't lift more than 5 lbs due to a back surgery so she never works trucks. I"m rambling... heavily medicated
